The consultation phase begins with our first meeting. You will have the opportunity to discuss your home improvement goals and vision with our expert design consultants. We will also discuss the project parameters, also known as the home space available to you.

Existing homes may require a walk-through for our team to understand your space. Under-construction homes may require you to provide blueprints to achieve the same purpose.

After gathering information on your vision, budget, and goals, we will compile a proposal for you to review, signaling the end of the consultation phase.

The project management phase begins once you accept a proposal from SCS and provide the appropriate deposit. We will order the appropriate equipment and materials, ensuring they arrive in a timely manner. We then stage your equipment to prepare it for the installation process.

After transporting the equipment to your home, we fully oversee in-home installation with our team of experts, which ensures a safe, efficient, and stress-free installation process.

The installation may be complete at this stage, but our work isn’t. Our SCS team is committed to educating you and your family on utilizing your new remotes, center consoles, sound systems, and so on. We will demonstrate how to operate and troubleshoot your new equipment as needed.

The implementation phase doesn’t end after the demonstration, either. We are always just a phone call away to provide you with ongoing support.
